I know everybody wants to look smart all the time. We just have to be focus on our food. As we know those people who are fat eat so much.
So dont worry just follow some rules to decrease your weight.
- First thing in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon
Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals. - second just stop eating fried things.
- Eat all the vegetables you want.
- Do not eat anything after 7PM.
- Eat only 1 fruit a day, and before 12 noon. (Eat fruit from berry family: Blueberries, strawberries, cranberries)
